Sometimes I wish I never 'recovered'.
Where did the self-control, determination, confidence and willpower go?
You know it's time to really turn all your empty talks into action when all you hear from friends that you haven't seen in a long while are 'You seem a little meatier than we last met' instead of 'OMG! What happened? You lost so much!'.
The only problem is, without it, how long can I go? I hate this part the most. I've grown reliant these demonic pills that I know does no good to me, but I just can't stop popping them into my mouth. Then await the dry/dizzy spells. Emotional hell.
I haven't gotten 'serious' about this since January last year. It's killing me every time I step on the scale. This time.
Nobody's going to stop me.
